Led by brothers Blake and Conner Nagel, The Hillclimbers are an Asheville-based band featuring guitar, harmonica, upright bass, fiddle, and drums. Blending Bluegrass, Rock, Americana, and Folk into what they call “Appalachian Fusion,” the band delivers high-energy originals, roots-inspired covers, and rich brotherly harmonies in a dynamic live show.

We’ve been performing around Western North Carolina for the past 4 years at breweries, venues, and festivals, building a strong local and regional following. Highlights include playing 2025 Charleston Bluegrass Festival,  headlining Asheville Oktoberfest in both 2023 and 2025 and opening for Sam Burchfield at Asheville's Downtwon After 5 concert series in 2026 along with regular shows throughout the area.
